What length of circular knitting needles do you need for your project?

43cm - short needles
For seamless sleeves, hats/toques, child's sweater necks, child cowls, adult headbands, small child's sweaters....
*If you are knitting flat ,I would suggest the 65cm knitting. You may not find comfortable for handling short needles especially if you have bigs hands. However, 43cm is perfect for seamless projects.*

65cm - optimum needle length
For flat knitting (small projects like headbands, scarves, wall hangings, washcloths...)
For knitting in the round, like adult/big kids sweater bodies, adult cowls...

80cm - for the bodies of sweaters for adults.

100cm 120cm - needle length similar to the 65cm one but with very long wires to hold a large number of stitches.
For flat knitting of blankets...
