Refunds, Exchange & Cancellation

We welcome returns and exchange.

Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and ensure that items are shipped back within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at avocadostitches@gmail.com. 

We welcome cancellations within one hour of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted. 

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders and digital downloads.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer assumes responsibility for any resulting loss in value.

Refund Process

You will receive a reimbursement for the purchasing price only; shipping costs are not included. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly issue a credit within 5 business days. You can always contact us for any return question at avocadostitches@gmail.com.
