About Us

Hi, my name is Kat.

I am a stay-at-home mom to two little avocados who keep me busy and fill my days with love and laughter. As they have grown, I have found my way back to one of my greatest joys: creating.

That joy led me to open AvocadoStitches. I design my own knitting patterns and create unique, thoughtfully designed buttons that add a special touch to every project. You can find my original button designs in the AvoDesigns section of the shop.

What began as making cozy pieces for my children and family has grown into something more: a way to share my passion with fellow makers. Alongside my handmade designs, the shop also offers quality knitting and crochet supplies and related items to inspire your creativity and support your projects.
